Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the formulation of the short and medium term business strategy of the region according to the general strategy of the headquarter, and the formulation of the annual work plan and business budget report of the region; 2. According to changes in local regulations and policies, collect competitors' information, formulate market development plans and implement effective measures to improve performance; 3. Responsible for making product planning and product promotion plans of the region, ensuring the scientific and rational management of goods, ordering and deploying varieties of the region; 4. Responsible for distributor management, performance management, bonus management, visit reception, etc.; 5. Responsible for handling emergency incidents, daily personnel administration and IT information construction of the branch; 6. Timely completion of other tasks assigned by group and regional leaders.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business management, marketing and other management economics is preferred; 2. more than 10 years working experience in direct selling industry,Experience in team management; 3. Familiar with the legal system of customs clearance, finance and taxation, products, logistics and direct selling of the country; 4. Have a certain decision-making power, good execution, business innovation, emergency resolution, coordination and response, grasp the market trend ability; 5. English can be used as a working language,speak simple Chinese.
