Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for product line planning (for different customer groups), product style planning (for different age groups), and product design planning. 2. Submit project proposals or assist the sales team in making comprehensive sales forecasts for new products to ensure the economic benefits of the projects, evaluating whether the sales side agrees with the new product ideas and whether they have promotional potential. 3. Scientifically validate the appearance and functionality ideas of products, assess and manage new or custom projects, implement cost accounting and technical feasibility analysis with the R&D department based on customer suggestions, and determine whether they can become standardized projects, clarifying the product roadmap. 4. Develop internal processes related to new product development and streamline cross-departmental coordination. 5. Organize product series targeting different groups and hit products to form key products for different markets, guiding end users to make quick decisions. 6. Conduct market research for various products, work with the R&D department to sample target markets deeply, visit representative customers to understand their needs, and identify sources of product innovation. 7. Design standardized research forms based on market research results and train the research participants. 8. Extract attractive concepts from new product selling points, invite target customer groups to test these concepts, and analyze the successful aspects of the new product concepts with the R&D department based on the results. 9. Convene product review committee members to participate in the review of product concepts, product definitions, and trial production phases. 10. Analyze the target market, customer needs, and competitive positioning for new products that pass concept testing. 11. Organize trial production once the new product prototype is completed, ensure it meets the defined product criteria, and conduct targeted small-scale market research using the trial production samples. 12. Manage the entire product lifecycle for all product lines. 13. Facilitate the communication of product knowledge and competitor dynamics, instilling new product selling points and positioning, product application examples, competitor comparative analysis, and feedback from distributors and customers. 14. Assist in developing new product launch plans, monitor key points during the product launch process, and provide fundamental information such as selling points, lifecycle, target customer groups, and competitor analysis.
Job Requirements
1. Associate degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in headphone product development; 2. Good English proficiency, able to understand product technical specifications; 3. Familiar with major headphone and audio smart wearable brands in the market; 4. Possesses clear and meticulous logical thinking ability and strong data analysis skills; 5. Good team collaboration and communication skills; 6. Strong self-motivation and ability to handle pressure when facing challenges; 7. Preference given to those with experience in developing projects for brands such as 3M Peltor and Honeywell.
