Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for competitive analysis, product requirements, and certification requirements related to the overseas energy storage market (communication energy storage or commercial/industrial energy storage). 2. Receive and assess technical requirements from the marketing department and clients; provide product solutions. 3. Handle technical coordination and communication during the product development process and coordinate various tasks in the project. 4. Organize and document technical meetings with clients; clarify relevant issues internally. 5. Support business and key clients with product promotion and technical communication. 6. Prepare project plans and coordinate the formation of project teams. 7. Monitor engineers' progress on project tasks and regularly update the project key task control sheet. 8. Produce product specification documents and design goals. 9. Organize project reviews and supervise and track the implementation of review contents. 10. Complete other tasks assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Power Electronics, or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in system development and design in the electrochemical energy storage industry. 2. Familiar with 3S (PCS/BMS/EMS), with practical experience in BMS and the ability to independently interface with clients. 3. Proficiency in working in an English-speaking environment. 4. Ability to adapt to overseas travel or prior experience in international work is preferred. 5. Skilled in using development software such as CAD, CATIA, SOLIDWORK, and proficient in office software.
