Job Responsibilities
1. Managing the South African local sales team in all CRM operations, such as registering potential customers in CRM, potential transfer to customers, etc. 2. Working with China merchandiser and local sales team in South Africa, complete the entire process of ERP order, payment, delivery applications. 3. Working with the warehouse manager, release the warehouse order after receiving the payment, and process the delivery procedures at ERP and Wecom system. 4. Making the Proforma invoice, packing list and related commercial documents if needed; 5. Notify the accountant to open TAX INVOICE, and operate in compliance with the local accounting requirements in South Africa, and submit all the files to China Accountant. 5. Communicate with local logistics companies in South Africa, handle import customs clearance, pay taxes, and transport the goods from Durban port to the warehouse. 6. Arrange shipments from the South African subsidiary, arrange the payment procedure for freight, warehouse rental cost, taxes and other expenses.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, strong communication skills, fluent in Chinese and English 2. 4-6 years of business operation experience 3. Fluent in written and spoken English 4. Have rich experience in importing and exporting battery and energy storage products 5. Have rich operational management experience and independent problem solving ability, and can provide improvement suggestions
