The role involves developing, executing, and evaluating campaigns that leverage influencer partnerships. The Influencer Marketing Manager's job is to create and execute influencer marketing campaigns. These campaigns aim to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. To do this, the manager works closely with influencers and social media platforms. They find suitable influencers for each campaign and negotiate deals that benefit everyone involved. The manager also tracks and analyzes campaign success, adjusts strategies as needed, and reports back to senior management. Keeping up with the latest trends and best practices is crucial to ensure campaigns are effective and innovative. Scope and Responsibilities: Create and implement influencer marketing strategies that are in line with the overall marketing goals. Identify and engage with influencers who align with our target audience and brand values. Responsibilities include handling influencer partnerships, contract negotiations, content planning, and feedback provision. Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI. Work with cross-functional teams, such as social media, SEO and creative to establish cohesive and successful campaigns. Monitor financial resources and ensure efficient implementation of campaigns within established budgetary limits. Project management skills: Effectively manage campaigns, ensuring they’re delivered on time, to a high standard; communicating with social influencers and platform will be necessary, as well as internal communications Campaign Analysis: Analyze the end of campaign performance, coming back to the campaign objectives and business goals, and identifying successes and areas for improvement
Job Requirements
Requirements and skills: The job requires prior experience as an Influencer Marketing Manager or in a similar position Possessing a thorough knowledge of social media platforms and providing insights to inform campaign optimization Understanding influencer marketing strategies and techniques Expertise in managing multiple social media platforms Ability to deliver creative content ideas and strong project management skills Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels Possessing strong communication and negotiation abilities Paid social knowledge is beneficial, but not essential A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field at the Bachelor's level is required
