Job Responsibilities

1. Execution of daily operation work, including version update follow-up, game question answering, analysis, collection and feedback and other daily operation matters; 2. Responsible for maintaining the game community (Discord, Facebook, Snapchat); 3. Responsible for communicating and docking work with various departments, and following up and providing feedback on version issues and version progress; 4. Responsible for player management, connecting with player administrators, and maintaining the game chat environment; 5. Responsible for Turkish translation; 6. Responsible for handling daily player feedback;; 7. Optimization of operational processes and tools.

Job Requirements

1. Turkish people, able to use Chinese for daily work communication; 2. Bachelor degree or above, Internet work experience, love for the game industry, and experience in mobile game operations will be preferred; 3. Diligent in work, strong sense of responsibility, and good team spirit; 4. Strong self-learning ability and desire to explore.
