Job Responsibilities
1. Understand market size, industry layout, development trends, competitive landscape, and obtain information on market competition. 2. Based on the internal business planning of the mounting system division and various product lines, coordinate within TBU to identify and outline the key indicators of product and service competitiveness. 3. Regularly monitor and analyze key indicators, identify gaps or risk points with competitors, and collaborate with business departments to promptly improve and enhance product service levels and industry competitiveness. 4. Promote in-depth analysis and improvement of key and typical issues, establish a complete and sound operating mechanism for collecting, analyzing, improving, and monitoring key competitiveness indicators within TBU. 5. Coordinate the advancement and management of key tasks and projects within TBU. 6. Other tasks assigned by senior management.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 8+ years of experience in the renewable energy or photovoltaic industry. 2. Understanding of market trends and tracking changes in the demand for mounting systems; sensitive to market dynamics. 3. Knowledge of and experience in tracking mounting system business, including project delivery management. 4. Strong execution skills, with cross-departmental coordination and communication abilities. 5. Clear logical thinking, excellent data analysis skills, and proficiency in using PowerPoint. 6. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
