Job Responsibilities
1. Manage and guide the creative team, including copywriters, designers, directors, and cameramen, to inspire their creative potential and enhance the overall creative level of the team. 2. Oversee project creativity, responsible for delivering brand creative content plans, from conceptualization to final execution, ensuring coherence and consistency of the creative output. 3. Client communication management, maintain close communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations, adjust creative plans as necessary, and ensure the smooth progress of projects to achieve desired results.
Job Requirements
1. Over five years of experience in the automotive industry, with successful creative cases and works for automotive brands. 2. Strong creative foundation and keen aesthetic sense, proficient in various creative tools and techniques. 3. Open-minded and innovative, with a willingness to experiment, excellent team management skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Excellent English proficiency.
