Job Responsibilities

1. According to the company's business strategy, develop and operate local channels in the target regional market; 2. In-depth understanding of the competition pattern of the target market, grasp the market trends, formulate and implement business strategies, and effectively complete the brand channel expansion and sales goals; 3. Comprehensively analyze and evaluate market feedback information, combine the company's current situation and development direction, formulate corresponding marketing strategies in the area under its jurisdiction, and further enhance the brand voice; 4. Formulate a phased regional channel expansion plan, organize the implementation and ensure the implementation of the strategy; 5. Joint agents formulate effective product launch plans, channel development and maintenance plans, and can track the implementation and gradually optimize; 6. Coordinate with various docking departments, integrate resources to do a good job in customer demand follow-up and customer maintenance, and ensure benign and long-term sell-in/sell-out of customers and channels.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing management, international trade, overseas affairs or overseas local work experience background is preferred; 2. Retail, home appliances, electronics or FMCG industry, more than 3-5 years of work experience, team management experience is preferred; 3. Excellent thinking and logic skills, communication and coordination skills, as well as market insight skills, able to take the initiative to deal with work, and be able to effectively disassemble and execute complex tasks; 4. Excellent Japanese, can travel for a long time or be stationed overseas.
