Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for building a stable and excellent local team, including but not limited to establish the organizational structure, salary and performance management, personnel recruitment and training system; 2. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of annual business plan. According to the annual sales target, to decompose sales targets and make corresponding sales plan to ensure the completion of sales targets; 3. Responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the customer system. To manage customer files, carry out credit management and establish customer evaluation mechanism to expand the depth and breadth of customer cooperation; 4. To participate in the annual sales forecast evaluation, conduct regular sales analysis and analyze the main problems to formulate counter measures, and to determine the focus of future sales work; 5. To assist in market research and provide accurate information on market trends, demand changes, competitor and customer feedback, and to regularly issue the market research reports; 6. To complete other tasks assigned by superiors. Job Requirements
