Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for building the overseas sales team according to the company's strategic planning and international expansion. 2. Expand international markets, develop new clients, provide sales solutions, establish cooperative relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets. 3. Maintain customer relationships, stay in touch with clients, understand their needs, provide product information, assist with inquiries, and ensure client satisfaction. 4. Manage the foreign trade team, including setting and breaking down sales targets, recruiting, training, and assessing team members, and motivating the team. 5. Responsible for the overall performance of the foreign trade team and achieving performance indicators.

Job Requirements

1. Associate degree or higher, aged 30-45, with keen market insight and good communication skills. 2. Familiar with the new energy foreign trade sales process, rich sales experience, understanding customer needs, possessing good sales skills, and result-oriented. 3. Strong energy storage market analysis and judgment ability, capable of adjusting sales strategies according to market conditions. 4. Team spirit and sense of responsibility, able to handle sales pressure and willing to take on challenges. 5. Fluent in English, capable of effective communication with international clients.
