Job Responsibilities
1. Contract review, negotiation, and performance supervision; improvement and monitoring of contract management processes; establishment and enhancement of a standard contract library. 2. Responsible for establishing, improving, and optimizing the company's compliance management system. 3. Organize and handle the company's litigation matters (economic disputes, labor disputes, etc.) and non-litigation matters (contracts and agreements, property rights, intellectual property, government relations, etc.); manage external lawyers. 4. Conduct legal awareness promotion and legal training to enhance employees' awareness of legal compliance. 5. Draft and review regulations, processes, and legal documents; handle business affairs related to company establishment, changes, and daily legal consulting matters during company operations.
Job Requirements
1. Full-time bachelor's degree in law or above, with a law major. 2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar position; experience in foreign-related legal work is preferred. 3. Strong English proficiency, able to use it as a working language. 4. Detail-oriented, strong logical reasoning and communication skills, proactive and enterprising spirit, and a strong sense of teamwork.
