Job Responsibilities

Protection and management of trade secrets 2.1 Develop the annual work plan for trade secret protection and promote its implementation; 2.2 Revision and improvement of trade secret protection management standards and publicity; 2.3 Organize the overall or specific inspection of trade secret protection, and urge the implementation of trade secret protection management standards; 2.4 Organize and carry out special training or promotion of trade secret protection, and enhance the awareness of trade secret protection of employees; 2.5 To organize the rights protection of trade secret infringement cases. Corporate dispute resolution 3.1 Sort out the focus of disputes, organize and sort out the materials related to disputes; 3.2 Understand the needs of business departments, formulate solutions and discuss implementation; 3.3 Contact courts, law firms and other units to promote a faster resolution of disputes. Administrative management 4.1 Collection and review of personal monthly performance appraisal materials; 4.2 Collection and review of department monthly performance assessment materials; 4.3 Organize the revision, optimization, promotion and implementation of the company's management system, and do a good job in the format review of the system to be released. Complete the temporary work assigned by the department leader.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in law, passed the national judicial examination; More than three years of corporate legal experience, experience in major entity investment projects is preferred; Have a solid legal foundation and the ability to learn knowledge quickly; Able to work under pressure, strong adaptability; With good personal cultivation and practical and meticulous work style, good communication skills and team spirit; Have careful logical thinking analysis ability, strong legal written expression ability.
