Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for providing legal support for the local company in Thailand, leading the review of various company contracts, assisting in the development/updating of standard contract templates, and supervising the signing and performance of contracts. 2. Responsible for handling company disputes, providing emergency assistance, and supporting litigation. 3. Responsible for providing legal support for the local company's business, leading the handling of daily operational legal matters, offering preliminary legal opinions and solutions for company project operations, and analyzing legal feasibility, legality, and legal risk predictions for decision-making. 4. Assist headquarters in organizing shareholder and board meetings for the Thailand company, including meeting minutes, document signing, and other related tasks. 5. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in law; candidates with degrees from overseas universities or local Thai schools are preferred. 2. Three to five years of experience in legal work at law firms or corporations, with a preference for experience in the logistics, internet, or IoT industries. 3. Ability to independently manage complex tasks and possess strong communication, coordination, and work advancement skills. 4. English as the working language; proficiency in Chinese as a working language is preferred. 5. Legal professional qualification is preferred.
