Good professional ethics, rigorous legal thinking, strong logic, integrity, honesty, impartiality, and dedication to the job; 5. Proficient in using Word, Excel computer and office software; 6. Candidates with experience in large-scale mining and familiarity with Russian mining related laws and regulations will be given priority for admission.
