Job Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of café operations: staffing, inventory, ordering, customer satisfaction. Train & supervise baristas, ensuring adherence to company standards and SOP. Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profit, while maintaining high quality standards. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities, for improvement and innovation. Manages day-to-day operations: ensure quality, standards, and meets the customers' expectations. Displays leadership and creates a positive atmosphere. Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in a similar environment Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent organizational and time management skills Speak english Availability to work a variety of shifts, weekends, and public holidays, as required
