Job Responsibilities
Manage daily operations meet company standards and SOP Ensure an excellent customer service experience by maintaining high standards of service and comfort Lead, train, and develop a team of employees (store leaders and baristas) Monitor and manage the operational expenses (include controlling costs) Ensure that all operation standards comply with local health and food safety regulations Oversee inventory levels for all raw materials and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment Work closely with other departments (marketing, business development, finance, human resource)
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in a similar environment Proven leadership and team management skills Strong customer service orientation Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Chinese is a plus) Strong problem solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure Comfortable with management software and basic office applications
