Job Responsibilities
1. Production Planning and Execution Management Production scheduling: Decompose production plans based on enterprise strategic goals, develop weekly/daily reports, allocate personnel, equipment, and material resources reasonably, and ensure timely delivery of orders. Progress monitoring: Track production progress, handle abnormal issues (such as equipment failures, material shortages), and adjust plans in a timely manner to respond to unexpected situations. Process optimization: Develop job instructions, solve technical problems, promote process improvement to increase efficiency, and reduce costs. 2. Quality Control and Cost Control Quality management: Supervise the production process, implement self inspection and sampling, cooperate with the quality inspection department to handle quality issues, and ensure that products meet standards. Cost control: Collect production data (such as material consumption and output), analyze cost composition, optimize resource utilization, and reduce waste. 3. Equipment and Site Management Equipment maintenance: Develop equipment maintenance plans, supervise daily inspections and repairs, and ensure the normal operation of equipment. On site standards: Implement 7S management (organization, rectification, cleaning, cleanliness, safety, and conservation) to maintain a safe and clean production environment. 4. Team building and personnel management Employee training: Organize pre job training and on-the-job skill improvement for new employees, and regularly conduct training on safety production, process operations, and other related topics. Performance evaluation: fairly assess employee performance and enhance team motivation through incentive mechanisms. Cross departmental coordination: Communicate and collaborate with departments such as procurement, logistics, and sales to ensure a smooth supply chain and meet customer needs. 5. Safety Production and Compliance Management Safety management: Implement safety regulations, identify hidden dangers, organize safety training, and prevent major accidents. Compliance: Adhere to quality management systems (such as ISO) and industry regulations (such as the Safety Production Law) to ensure legal and compliant production. 6. Data analysis and continuous improvement Data statistics: Collect production data (such as daily output and defect rate), analyze the root causes of problems, and develop improvement measures. Lean production: using lean tools to reduce waste and promote efficiency improvement.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Industrial Engineering, Machinery Manufacturing, Enterprise Management, Quality Management, etc 2. Familiar with industry technology development trends, production processes, and quality standards 3. Have 3-5 years of production management experience, proficient in production planning, resource scheduling, cost control, and equipment maintenance 4. Familiarity with management tools such as IE, lean production, 6Sigma, etc. is preferred 5. Capable of process optimization and handling of abnormal problems
