Job Responsibilities

1. Material planning: Based on customer forecasts and master production plans, develop long-term, medium and short-term material demand and delivery plans; 2. Lead the handling of abnormal material risks and coordinate with relevant units to determine countermeasures; 3. Raw material inventory management: inventory age management, promoting the elimination of long aged products and abnormal inventory; Establish a reasonable inventory level for raw materials, prevent, control, and handle stagnant inventory. 4. Maintain positive communication with clients through customer meetings, emails, and IM, and maintain good customer relationships; 1.物料计划：根据客户预测，主生产计划，制定长中短期物料需求及交付计划； 2.主导物料异常风险处理，并协调相关单位确定处理对策； 3.原材料存货管理：库龄管理，推动长库龄产品、异常库存去化；对原材料制定合理库存水位，预防、控制及处理呆滞库存。 4、客户会议、邮件、IM沟通，保持与客户良性沟通，维护良好的客户关系；

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3 years or more of work experience, with priority given to experience in the electronic manufacturing industry 2. Proficient in Vietnamese, proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in Chinese or English 3. Familiar with operational management logic (cost, turnover, stagnation, delivery, etc.) 4. Familiar with ERP logic and processes, have used mainstream ERP software such as Oracle, SAP, etc., and possess data analysis skills 5. Familiar with office operation skills and proficient in operating Excel and other office software 6. Good communication and coordination skills, teamwork skills, and ability to withstand pressure 1.本科及以上学历，3年及以上工作经验，具备电子制造行业经验优先 2.越南语熟练，中文或英语听说读写熟练 3.熟悉运营管理逻辑（成本，周转，呆滞，交付等） 4.熟悉ERP逻辑和流程，使用过主流ERP软件如Oracle、SAP等，并具备数据分析技能 5.熟悉office操作技巧、熟练操作EXCEL等办公软件 6.良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作能力、抗压能力
