Job Responsibilities
1. Brand Copywriting Establishment and Management: Responsible for establishing the overall strategy of brand copywriting, as well as the specific content output, to ensure that the copywriting is consistent with the brand image and market positioning. Systematically manage the brand copywriting system to ensure standardized and consistent copywriting output. 2. Content Planning: Develop product content strategies, key messages, and release plans based on brand product planning to ensure consistency with the overall marketing and communication strategies of the brand. 3. Creative Direction and Implementation: Guide the team in developing creative copywriting, including ad slogans, promotional messages, product descriptions, etc., and oversee the implementation process. 4. Content Creation and Editing: Create high-quality English copywriting content, including but not limited to e-commerce copywriting, social media posts, press releases, brochures, advertising scripts, etc. 5. Team and Project Management: Manage the copywriting team, including task assignment, goal setting, feedback provision, and support for team members' career development. Coordinate cross-departmental work to ensure that copywriting projects are completed on time and within budget requirements. 6. Research: Conduct research and analysis on market trends, target audience behavior, preferences, and needs, competitive content strategies, etc., to provide a basis for copywriting strategies and create content that resonates with the audience.
Job Requirements
1. Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above in English, marketing, advertising, journalism, or related fields. 2. Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in English copywriting, and at least 2 years of team management experience. 3. Language and Creative Skills: Proficient in English, with excellent creative thinking and copywriting skills, able to independently produce high-quality English copywriting works. 4. Content Planning Skills: Have a deep understanding of products and marketing strategies, and output high-quality marketing copywriting. 5. Project Management Skills: Lead the team, communicate effectively, coordinate project schedules, motivate the team to work efficiently, and ensure that projects are implemented smoothly according to the established goals and timeframes.
