Job Responsibilities

1.Oversee Overseas Warehouse Services: Manage the entire process of storage services (inbound, in-warehouse, outbound) and last-mile delivery, including efficiency and cost monitoring, to ensure alignment with project goals. 2.Diagnose and Resolve Issues: Identify abnormal indicators, propose solutions, and ensure effective implementation. 3.Enhance Operations: Improve the capabilities of overseas warehouse operations and last-mile delivery, optimize costs, and drive service innovation. 4.Monitoring and Reporting: Build and optimize daily monitoring and reporting systems. 5.System Optimization: Collect system optimization needs based on daily operations and communicate solutions with IT product teams. 6.SOP Development and Training: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on system updates, and provide training to ensure proper execution of warehouse processes. 7.Coordinate Special Requests: Work with warehouse and last-mile delivery vendors to fulfill special business requirements. 8.Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage contracts.

Job Requirements

1. Associate degree or higher from a regular university, with a preference for Logistics Management or English majors. 2. Experience in managing the entire warehouse logistics chain. 3. CET-4 or higher, with proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English, capable of handling correspondence. English speaking skills are a plus. 4. Willingness to adapt to overseas business trips.
