Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in developing and implementing business strategies and development plans for warehouses in Germany, ensuring the achievement of market share and profitability targets in the German market. 2. Plan the warehousing capacity for the German warehouse network to meet the company's medium- and long-term business needs. 3. Establish and implement production and operation standards for the German warehouse network based on the five dimensions of people, machines, materials, methods, and environment, ensuring stable warehouse operations and meeting service SLAs to provide high-quality warehousing services. 4. Build and train the team, select, develop, and motivate high-performance team members to improve overall team quality and execution. 5. Monitor and analyze business data for the German warehouse network, analyze and improve warehousing conditions, and provide decision support and improvement recommendations for the company.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with English proficiency as a working language and over 8 years of management experience in the warehousing industry. 2. Proficient in warehouse logistics management processes, including inventory management, distribution processes, and stocktaking procedures. 3. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and guide team members. 4. Strong communication, coordination, business negotiation, government relations, and stress management skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently with various stakeholders.
