Job Responsibilities

1. Manage the daily operations of the U.S. warehouse. 2. Develop and implement warehouse operation strategies suitable for the local context, including inbound and outbound operations, inventory management, and reverse logistics. 3. Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards; continuously optimize inventory levels to reduce backlog and waste. 4. Manage and motivate the warehouse team, continuously improving overall team capabilities and performance. 5. Coordinate communication and cooperation between local U.S. and domestic departments to meet business needs. 6. Familiar with local U.S. labor employment regulations to ensure compliance in daily operations.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in managing large e-commerce warehouses and multi-category warehouses. 2. Experience in cross-border e-commerce warehouse management, particularly in reverse logistics for the European and American apparel industry, is preferred. 3. Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and office software, with capabilities in warehouse planning and implementation. 4. Strong team leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a multicultural team. 5. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills (Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are a plus, especially for local hires). 6. Familiarity with U.S. labor laws, with a willingness to be based in the U.S.
