Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure the normal operation of Imperial Springs in accordance with the operation requirements of the Group and the Manor. It is necessary to ensure that employees are familiar with the manor’s services, features and facilities. 2. Anticipate the desire of guests and take the initiative actions to improve guest experience satisfaction. Observe guest responses and confirm with the staff to ensure the guest satisfaction. Ensure that all processes are implemented in accordance with departmental standards. 3. Work with other personal butlers to ensure the best possible service for guests. 4. To keep promoting positive internal and external guest relations, promoting a collaborative work environment, maximizing work efficiency and stimulating staff morale. 5. Cooperate and coordinate with other colleagues at work, and to communicate well with superiors and leaders to ensure the progress at work. 6. Carry out the inspection and supervision of customer sites, operating equipment and facilities, and personnel to ensure that high-standard service requirements are met. 7. Demonstrate the senior butler ability and high standard of service quality, set a good example and establish a good working relationship with other colleague and departments.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or equivalent. 2. 2 or more years of high-end hotel related position or equivalent work experience. 3. Familiar with manor operation process, catering service process, guest room facilities and equipment knowledge and customer service capabilities. Relevant hotel professional knowledge and skills are preferred 4. Familiar with commonly used office software and Opera system. 5. Good language and communication skills, fluent in Mandarin, English oral and dictation skills up to the standard. 6. Dedication. Honesty. Strict discipline. Fairness.
