Job Responsibilities

Be responsible for the reception and guidance of high-end customers and provide high-quality services. Be responsible for greeting and guiding VIP customers into the exclusive area and ensuring that they obtain an excellent service experience. Coordinate with various departments to provide personalized services for VIP customers, including but not limited to beverages, luxury goods, wine tasting, cigars and so on. Maintain the relationship with VIP customers and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Requirements

Have an elegant and appropriate manner, regular features, and a good image and temperament. Females should be over 165cm in height and males should be over 175cm in height. Understand the service processes of high-end clubs and the like, and possess relevant experience in high-end clubs, hotels, etc. Have more than one year of work experience. Majors such as flight attendant and hotel management can expand recruitment to fresh graduates. Have a good sense of service, excellent communication and adaptability, and a passion for the service industry.
