Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the implementation of the company's human resources policies in the Hong Kong branch. 2. Based on the actual business and organization of the Hong Kong company, identify business pain points from the perspectives of organization, talent, and culture, and solve these problems. 3. Take charge of all human resources work in the Hong Kong company, including human resources planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, team atmosphere building, and corporate culture promotion. 4. Oversee the overall administrative management of the Hong Kong company, covering administrative expense management, supplier management, business travel arrangements, office management, asset management, procurement, etc.
Job Requirements
1. A bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of work experience. 2. Proficient in Cantonese and Mandarin. 3. Have a comprehensive understanding of various modules of human resources and administrative management, and be proficient in 2 - 3 human resources modules. 4. Be familiar with local labor laws, regulations, and common workplace rules in Hong Kong, and be good at cross - cultural and cross - generational communication. 5. Be amiable, enthusiastic, proactive, good at enlivening the atmosphere, strengthening the bond among employees, and possess excellent organizational and coordination skills as well as interpersonal communication skills.
