Whether processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, or sharing the highlights of the local area, the Guest Arrival Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.
Job Requirements
1. Fluent in English communication. 2. Cheerful personality, flexible mind, practical work, with a strong sense of service and responsibility. 3. Familiar with the hotel's guest policies, facilities and services. 4. Good image and temperament.
