Job Responsibilities
1. Accurately identify customer needs, quickly and effectively coordinate internal resources to meet those needs. 2. Assist sales colleagues in increasing existing market share and expanding new business opportunities. 3. Drive the operations delivery team to provide and optimize solutions for customers, ensuring quality delivery and continuously improving customer acceptance rates and satisfaction. 4. Follow up on all related matters during the customer cooperation process and promptly address any unexpected situations. 5. Utilize business knowledge to provide timely solutions and optimization suggestions for customer challenges and pain points. 6. Effectively track customer payment and fee collection to ensure accurate order forecasting and smooth business operations.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Spanish, with internship experience in cross-border e-commerce or logistics. 2. Spanish proficiency at level B2 or above (DELE/SIELE) and fluent in English, willing to accept overseas assignments. 3. Proficient in Excel, Word, and other office software. 4. Strong communication, coordination skills, service awareness, and teamwork spirit. 5. Clear logical thinking, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and a customer-centric approach to meet needs promptly. 6. Strong execution, self-management ability, and resilience.
