Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: To assist the General Director to supervise the OCIED’s educational centers in China. To assist the General Director to apply OCIED partner American school’s curriculum, teaching model and methodology to China partner schools. To establish and coordinate educational resources, students’ ECA activities partners and international colleges and schools for China partner schools. To organize college fairs for China partner high schools. To promote OCIED’s programs and educational programs in Asian countries especially in China through public media and on-site visits. To lead counselors to guide students to apply for top international universities. To guide the top students to make plan for studies, exams, activities, school selection, essay writing and polishing-up as early as three years in advance. Participate in promotional campaigns for student recruitment, and give speech on behalf of the school. To participate in events, activities on behalf of OCIED.
Job Requirements
Education Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) from an accredited college/university in North America. AP training and counsellor’ training preferred. Native English speaker Medium level or above Mandarin preferred Other requirements Result oriented. Business experience and strong personal skills required. Good manner and strong public speaking skills required. Familiar with American high school curriculum. Background in admissions or college counseling preferred. Ease and experience with Windows-based computers, internet and emails, and proficient typing abilities. strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team. Adaptability, initiative, and flexibility especially in Chinese working environment. Attention to detail and accuracy. Customer service orientation and interpersonal skills. Enthusiasm for working with internal and external constituents. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work. Good communication skills (verbal and written); excellent grammar and punctuation.
