Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the running of the school, undertake within 15 teaching periods per week. 2. Be responsible for the overall curriculum planning of the school, lead the teaching department to formulate and implement the curriculum plan, syllabus, teaching plan and corresponding implementation opinions, and also guide and supervise the teachers to carry out the plans; 3.Be responsible for the recruitment, training, management and assessment of teachers , and promote the continuous improvement of teaching quality and school management ; 4. Be responsible for students’ enrollment, market promotion, etc., actively expand school enrollment channels, and complete enrollment tasks.

Job Requirements

1.Master’s Degree in Education or related field, teaching qualification certification. 2.Native English speaker 3.Experienced in A-level teaching; 4.At least 3 years of international high school academic principal experience; 5.Excellent organizational, managerial skills ; 6.Experience in curriculum development; 7.Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills;
