1. Managing gamers and streamers within platfrom 2. Discover potential steamers and train them to perform better on the app 3. Research, plan , prepare, implement and monitor weekly/monthly/activity/campaign/contest for user engagement based on the culture or current trends to attract more users job

Job Requirements

1. A Steamer and genuine passion for the live industry business vast knowledge of Indonesian gaming martket or work experience in the live streaming industry. 2. Large contact and channel in Indonesian gaming industries/live streaming industries, including pro gamers/talents. 3. Fluent in written and spoken English Strong management skills. 4. Experienced in leading large teams strong ability to attract talent. 5. Can speak Chinese is a plus
