2. Familiarity with Thai Legal and Regulatory Documents (Prior experience in a factory setting is preferred) Key focus: Labor laws, safety standards, and industry-specific compliance. 3. Handling Government Approvals and Documentation Work visas & labor registrations (including foreign workers from China/Myanmar) Coordination with: ▸ Immigration Bureau ▸ Industrial park authorities ▸ Social security office ▸ Environmental compliance departments ▸ Fire safety regulators 4. Talent Acquisition Management Developing localized recruitment channels: ▸ Job fairs & vocational schools ▸ Community partnerships ▸ Digital platforms (e.g., JobsDB/JobThai) 5. Local Operational Support Expertise Logistics coordination: ▸ Vehicle leasing (incl. commercial licenses) ▸ Staff accommodation solutions ▸ Meal provision systems (catering contracts or in-house kitchens)
