Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for providing technical support in overseas regions, including creating product marketing plans, addressing technical inquiries, and conducting product presentations. 2. Support bidding activities in overseas regions, assist in executing relevant regional sales plans, including technical Q&A at bid opening sites, and work with sales personnel to achieve target sales. 3. Manage the product lifecycle of mobile broadband smart handheld terminal products, including planning, development, promotion, and discontinuation. 4. Conduct market analysis for mobile broadband smart communication products, collect competitor information, and coordinate with development teams or external resources to complete new product planning, development, and mass production, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. 5. Research market trends in mobile broadband smart communication, provide decision-making support for the company's annual planning, monitor user product feedback, analyze and propose solutions, and continuously optimize products. 6. Provide regular training to sales personnel and the marketing department on product-related matters, offer professional and timely technical support, and assist in developing product promotion plans, market materials, and achieving company-set sales targets.

Job Requirements

1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above. 2. Over 1 year of work experience, with experience as a pre-sales technical support engineer or sales engineer preferred. 3. Background in the telecommunications or IT industry preferred. 4. Strong English communication skills, able to use English as a working language. 5. Strong foresight, user-oriented mindset, work coordination skills, and a good sense of professionalism; strong team awareness, ability to quickly integrate into a team, and rapidly familiarize oneself with new fields and products. 6. Agile thinking, responsible, with good communication and coordination skills, business negotiation skills, and ability to handle pressure. 7. Overseas work experience is a plus; willing to undertake short-term overseas business trips.
