Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the business leader in conducting industry and competitor research, and independently manage the full process of core modules from prototype design to launch. 2. Analyze and monitor system operation and data from the platform perspective, gather user feedback, and identify and refine product optimization needs to continuously improve and enhance the features of the modules under responsibility. 3. Work closely with the corresponding business team to explore new business scenarios based on business needs, propose product requirements and improvements, and optimize business processes. 4. Lead the requirement review for core modules, collaborate closely with R&D, design, and testing teams to ensure development progress and quality, and validate the results of technical development. 5. Prepare product manuals or operational SOP documents for the modules under responsibility and conduct related system usage training.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience as a product manager. Experience in food delivery, local services, or e-commerce products for over a year is preferred. 2. Understanding of user operations, delivery center management, or merchant operations, with practical experience in at least one of these areas. 3. Proficiency in basic product tools such as prototypes, flowcharts, mind maps, and data analysis, with excellent documentation skills. 4. Clear logical thinking, learning and innovation ability, data analysis skills, flexible problem-solving skills, and good communication and expression abilities. 5. Entrepreneurial passion, strong self-motivation, high work enthusiasm and execution, and a fast learning ability. 6. Knowledge of English or over 1 year of experience with overseas projects is a plus.
