Job Responsibilities
1.Develop and execute the company's operational goals, including formulating annual and quarterly business strategies and key business process measures. 2.Break down business objectives into quarterly and monthly targets, and guide the team in standardizing operational process management on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis. 3.Organizational development: lead the selection, training, utilization, and retention of the BD team to enhance organizational efficiency. 4。Strictly adhere to company policies, merchant service and expansion processes to achieve sales targets. 5.Conduct market demand analysis, provide solutions for products suited to international markets, drive product realization, and continuously optimize the product through business implementation.
Job Requirements
1. Experience in successfully building and managing a large business development (BD) team. 2. Strong foresight and commercial acumen, with the ability to capture and refine clients' comprehensive service needs. 3. Excellent comprehension skills, able to summarize product core capabilities, usage scenarios, and operational solutions. 4. Familiarity with and interest in the mobile payment field, with a continuous proactive approach to learning new knowledge. 5. Experience in building and managing on-ground sales teams, with strong stress resilience and confidence. 6. Overseas work experience is preferred.
