Job Responsibilities

1.Continue to optimize and improve the r&d system and talent system, and gradually build the existing r&d center into the most 2. Powerful skin care research institute in China (with a staff of 150-200); 3.Guide and participate in the architecture design of the new formula system, organize and participate in the technical research; 4.Team building, talent training and management; 5.Make training plan for r&d personnel, and arrange technical training for other related personnel.

Job Requirements

1) Overseas famous university degree (please note that the undergraduate degree must be from a well-known university or overseas famous university), experience in r&d of famous international companies, preferably under 45 years old (foreigners are welcome to join); 2) Good communication and execution skills; 3) Willing to live in zhongshan or zhuhai; 4) As the cosmetics industry, also need appearance level and life taste oh (resume please attach a photo of life). Those with less qualifications are also welcome to apply for the position of "r&d manager".
