Primary Responsibilities Of This Position Include: - Dive into HR projects in Singapore and overseas markets, including but not limited to the following areas: recruitment, learning and development, culture and engagement, performance management, and organization structure. - Understand the relevant HR policies of the country where the business is located, and establish a compliant, reasonable and competitive policy plan. - Support internal communications efforts for Singapore and overseas offices to ensure consistent messages and experience for all staff.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Human Resources or related field. - At least 3 years of global HR related work experience, familiar with local labor-related laws and regulations; - Have strong inter-departmental, cross-cultural and cross-field communication and coordination skills, good professional influence, interpersonal understanding and communication and coordination skills. - Proficient in both English and Chinese, which can be used as working language. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with payroll, benefit design, work permit, income tax is a plus.
