Job Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support and guarantee for the marketing department and customers 2. Responsible for the on-site safety adjustment, training and maintenance of medical equipment and products sold by the company 3. Accept complaints and solve after-sales technical and use problems. 4. Cooperate with the construction of technical system. 5. Cooperate with overseas sales teams to do pre-sales technical support and promote sales landing; 6. Independently complete the on-site delivery of overseas projects (equipment), and do professional training for agents and end users; 7. Respond to global 24-hour equipment repair or consultation, and deal with problems or troubleshooting in a timely manner; 8. Compile and improve overseas support technical documents; 9. Actively cooperate with and participate in large and small marketing activities

Job Requirements

Education level: bachelor degree or above 1. Mechanical and electrical engineering background, bachelor degree or above (those with excellent overseas background in related industries can be appropriately relaxed); 2. Cheerful personality, good personality charm, good at interacting with international friends; 3. Have excellent communication skills, can quickly understand the user's problems, and be proficient in using QQ, Skpye, Teamviewer, telephone, Email and other tools for effective remote technical support; 4. Have certain pre-sale, in-sale and after-sales work experience; 5. Proficient in writing product and technical documents; 6. Excellent English reading and writing skills, able to communicate in basic spoken English; 7. The residency needs to be in Turkey.
