Job Responsibilities

1. PCBA abnormal analysis and maintenance and verification of new product trial production; 2. Build a maintenance and testing environment, purchase maintenance tools and materials, follow up and improve abnormal trial production, and lead the closure of trial production problems; 3. Lead the fault analysis and maintenance of PCBA defective products returned by the production line, and improve the production first-pass rate; 4. Analyze the PCBA TOP defective items, summarize the analysis data of defective products, improve measures, and improve product yield; 5. Formulate a maintenance plan for PCBA bad WIP, guide the maintenance technician to repair according to the plan, and track the bad WIP cleanup; 6. Cooperate with R&D and engineering to analyze and verify motherboard problems; 7. Complete other tasks arranged by the leader.

Job Requirements

1. Full-time college degree or above, major in electronics, communication, measurement and control and automation; 2. More than 3 years of FA or maintenance experience in electronic products is preferred, electronic circuit industry is preferred; 3. Basic knowledge of analog circuits, digital circuits and electronic components; 4. Familiar with multimeters, oscilloscopes, comprehensive testers, soldering irons, air guns, etc.; 5. Have good communication and coordination skills and ability to work under pressure.
