Job Responsibilities
1. Regularly follow up or visit customers, establish customer profiles, and explore potential customer resources; 2. Maintain customer relationships, responsible for promptly handling customer issues and inquiries, arranging customer shipping plans reasonably, and assisting customers in dealing with unexpected situations and problems; 3. Reasonably arrange customer service delivery plans and help group customers handle unexpected events; 4. Assist and cooperate with other departments to complete the shipment of goods; 5. Assist customer service in collecting accounts receivable; 6. Control of risks related to import and export business;
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, major in logistics, international trade, marketing, business management or related fields; 2. Have basic knowledge of marketing and freight forwarding industry, familiar with relevant laws, regulations and internal management systems of the company in national and local market management; 3. Good communication and customer service awareness, with affinity; 4. Strong ability to withstand pressure, ambitious, and possess team spirit;
