Job Responsibilities
Overseeing the inverter and MV station supply contract, ensuring full compliance with project obligations, including scope, delivery schedules, and budget, while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Overseeing contracts with external suppliers or service providers and managing claims. Acting as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project journey, from receipt of the purchase order to successful commissioning. Monitoring and managing project goals, tasks, resources, timelines, costs, technical documentation, and risk mitigation strategies. Coordinating with internal teams (pre-sales, legal, sales, logistics, commissioning and after-sales, finance) and external partners (service providers, consultants) to ensure time and budget efficiency. Developing and implementing detailed project plans that enhance the delivery, installation, commissioning, and operational efficiency of customers' PV plants. Supporting customers during commissioning, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), or Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), as needed.
Job Requirements
Technical background in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in technical design, technical sales, development, or project management within the solar PV or battery storage industry (experience in EPC companies is a plus). Fluency in English (C1/2) is required, with working knowledge of German or Chinese considered advantageous. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to travel internationally up to 40% of the time (EU driving license required).
