Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for expanding overseas market channels, developing and managing distributors. 2. Develop sales plans and track them on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to achieve sales targets. 3. Manage resource allocation and oversee the sales process of distributors. 4. Develop marketing strategies for retail stores (SO) and supervise distributors in implementing them. 5. Handle business cooperation negotiations and sales data analysis. 6. Manage distributor pricing and market order control. 7. Conduct local market insights and competitive product analysis.

Job Requirements

1. Experience and successful cases in expanding brands from 0-1 in overseas countries. 2. Familiarity with the full sales cycle of SI, STI, and SO for products. 3. Experience in channel and customer management, as well as managing retail stores. 4. Strong business negotiation skills and proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). 5. Experience working abroad and over 1 year of experience in international market promotion.
