Job Responsibilities
1. Develop and achieve market development plans and sales targets for the assigned region based on the company's sales objectives. 2. Build and maintain relationships with channel partners in overseas regions (Russia, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa, etc.), develop new channel partners, and formulate sales strategies; some regions may need to be developed from scratch. 3. Collect market information, analyze competitive products, and review brand configurations and pricing in specific regions; establish a pricing system and monitor distributor compliance. 4. Expand and maintain secondary channels nationwide, ensure smooth distribution, and develop corresponding policies based on inventory levels. 5. Maintain relationships with existing customers and assist with after-sales service. 6. Collaborate with the domestic headquarters' marketing department to implement market promotion and brand marketing activities. 7. Build and train a local team.
Job Requirements
1. Associate degree or higher, fluent in spoken English. 2. Over 3 years of sales experience in the electronics industry; familiar with developing clients independently without relying on advertising platforms. 3. Knowledgeable about the mobile phone, tablet/laptop industry, or related electronics sectors, with a good understanding of industry trends and market outlook. 4. Strong communication skills, service orientation, and business development abilities. 5. Experience in 0-1 market development or deep cultivation of secondary channels is preferred.
