Job Responsibilities
Mainly targeting the industrial markets and customers in Bangalore, India, as well as surrounding regions and countries。 1. Market research: Track market dynamics and competitor information, submit market research results reports, and assist the company in formulating product strategies. 2. On site technical support: Provide on-site technical support and training to ensure that customers can correctly use and maintain the product. 3. Customer demand feedback: Collect and analyze customer needs and product defects, provide feedback to the R&D team, and promote product improvement and perfection. 4. Customer recognition: Conduct technical exchanges with customers, suppliers, and other departments within the company to ensure that the product is recognized and used by customers. 5. Technical support: Answer customers' technical questions, provide pre-sales consultation, after-sales service, and technical support, and solve problems encountered by customers during use. 6. Product testing and development: Participate in the testing and development process of the product, provide suggestions for product development, and ensure product quality and performance.
Job Requirements
-- Education background: Full time undergraduate or higher degree in engineering majors such as mechatronics, mechanical and electrical engineering, electronic information engineering, etc. is required -- Work experience and professional skills requirements: At least 3 years of work experience in the application or technical support of electronic component products, familiar with the industrial market and customers in Bangalore, India and surrounding cities and countries. -- Other skill requirements: Good communication skills and teamwork spirit; Have excellent ability to analyze and solve problems.
