Job Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES • To be the interpreter executive assistant to General Manager • Accompany the GM for customer reception and visit • To prepare and edit correspondence,communications, presentations and other documents • To file and retrieve documents and reference materials • To conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents • To manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements • To arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events • To record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings • To answer and manage incoming calls • To receive and interact within coming visitors and external clients • To liaise with internal staff at all levels • To co-ordinate project-based work • Other tasks arranged by the manager
Job Requirements
CRITERIA • More than 2 years experience providing support at a high level • Fluent in both oral and written English is necessary • Bachelors degree an advantage • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office, PPT, Keynote etc. • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures • Strong interpersonal skills with good personal image. • Multi-task working ability
