Job Responsibilities

1. Manage project delivery for overseas clients, identify the resource needs of the project team, and coordinate, manage, and allocate necessary resources. 2. Track and monitor the quality and progress of project work. 3. Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards, achieving client satisfaction. 4. Monitor the work of project team members to ensure all members' workloads are adequately managed. 5. Discuss project phase and overall goals with project stakeholders. 6. Provide regular updates and reports on project progress and outcomes to users and senior management. 7. Coordinate relationships among all project stakeholders (clients, senior management, team members, etc.). 8. Handle acceptance-related tasks. 9. Strictly adhere to company project management standards. 10. Complete other tasks assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years of project management experience, including R&D and testing experience, preferably in the software industry (Java). Experience in banking, finance, security, or internet sectors is a plus. 2. Fluent in spoken English, capable of using it as a working language to communicate with overseas clients. 3. Strong drive and execution skills, with risk awareness to avoid project risks. 4. Excellent communication skills and outstanding cross-team collaboration abilities. 5. Good logical thinking and analytical skills, adept at analyzing, summarizing, and solving problems. 6. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, effectively controlling progress, quality, and costs during the delivery process. 7. Familiar with project management systems and knowledge.
