Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for preparing design and construction task documents for each stage of the project, and controlling quality and technology. 2. Inspect the construction site, closely monitor project progress, and coordinate various stages to ensure scientific and reasonable execution. 3. Address issues identified during the project in a timely manner. 4. Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. 2. Over 3 years of experience as a technical manager or project manager, and over 10 years of experience in the construction field; experience with factory construction is preferred. 3. Experience studying or working in English-speaking or Spanish-speaking countries is preferred. 4. Recent graduates from 985/211 universities with excellent academic performance are welcome. 5. Strong skills in CAD and BIM software. 6. Familiar with relevant engineering standards and specifications, as well as the approval process for engineering planning design, specialized technical engineering plans, and engineering technical schemes.
