Job Responsibilities
1. Point of contact for European clients 2. Communicate and coordinate project relationships with clients, ensuring projects are completed according to customer requirements 3. Understand customer needs, identify related tasks, and coordinate company resources 4. Responsible for recruiting and managing the European project team 5. Coordinate various stages of project development, including design, testing, and production 6. Ensure projects are completed smoothly according to prescribed quality standards, including process quality and final product quality
Job Requirements
1. Over 8 years of experience in the automotive or automotive parts industry 2. Qualification for long-term residence in Germany, France, or Italy 3. Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) with the ability to work in a fully English-speaking environment; proficiency in German is a plus 4. Familiar with at least one of the following products: airbags, steering wheels, or seat belts 5. Familiar with the automotive industry development process and project management process, with the relevant tools and skills 6. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and coordinate with stakeholders in the project
