Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities: • Plan, coordinate, and manage all business operations to achieve corporate goals. • Control of operational activities across the regions • Develop and implement the business plan for growth strategies and profitability. • Supporting the Managing Director in the definition of the budget in the planning process • Ensure continues business process efficiency improvement • Formulating policies and ensure correct procedures are used and adhered to • Mentoring of key personnel to improve their performance and enable them to take over future tasks • Employee engagement and performance appraisals. • Oversee budget preparation, allocate and manage budget resources. • Monitor financial activities. • Evaluate the effectiveness of various programs and recommend improvements. • Develop strategies to improve overall quality and productivity. • Oversee the process of hiring, training, and motivating employees. • Evaluate overall company’s performance and productivity. • Maintain relationships with clients and vendors. • Supervision of staff and increasing their productivity.

Job Requirements

Required Skills: • 10+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in a manufacturing/engineering environment; broad understanding of manufacturing methods, practices, procedures, testing, certification, and quality solutions • 5+ years experience as a management team member. • 5+ years experience in a senior managerial level • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) • Additional degree in Business / Finance is a plus. • MBA is a plus • Excellent knowledge of different business functions • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills. • Trustworthy and maintains strong work ethics. • Previous experience in building effective teams and developing staff • Previous experience managing external business relationships and networks. • Solid business acumen and strategic skills. • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • Entrepreneurial mindset and “can-do” attitude • Results-driven • Proactive nature and customer focus oriented. • Cross-functional operations experience (including engineering, customer support, professional services, & other operational areas) • Experience working for an international organization.
