Job Responsibilities

Mainly responsible for assisting in following up with customers in India first, and gradually with customers both in India and Malaysia. Be responsible for following up on quotations. Responsible for following up customers' problems by means of telephone and email. Regularly follow up on customers' new needs and resolve their complaints. Collaborate with the sales manager to achieve the monthly performance target. Work with outside sales manager to develop account plans and strategy to meet sales target. Manage all RFQs from clients and PO management, act as customer interface to address outstanding issues on order and all operational issues.

Job Requirements

At least 1 year related working experience in electronic component industry. Have a cheerful, positive and intelligent personality Be fluent both in English and Chinese, and can easily undersatand Indian colleague's English. Have a fast learning ability and can master new skills quickly Willing to respond quickly to support and be flexible in solving problems
